- Decluttering. There was a lot in my physical space and headspace that needed to be removed. This was emotionally overwhelming, and something I continue to work on. I am iteratively addressing physical spaces but also my 'mental' spaces.

Back without Burnout was really so helpful. I had been working away at healing my burnout experience on my own, and the program provided the structure and momentum I really needed to move forward quickly. Weekly checkins and the support of Kelsea and from the rest of my cohort was amazing and something I would not have been able to replicate on my own. I feel so lucky to have connected with others in the group.

About halfway through the program, my mindset really started to shift. I was able to let go of some of the things I had carried from my previous job into my new one and let go of unnecessary and harmful expectations I had about myself and others. I really feel a sense of ease setting into my life again. Even though my current role isn’t perfect, I am more comfortable attending work day to day. I feel calm and grounded, and prepared to go after new opportunities when they arise. Fresh perspective for housekeeping tasks, chores, laundry and pursuing hobbies and building happiness and contentment outside of work. In the past I was frequently stuck in indecision, or feeling like I had to have all my chores done before I could move on and have fun. Now I have a habit of micro-tidying small areas of my house and then moving on to something more enjoyable which allows me to spend less time fretting and more time relaxing and enjoying my time away from work.

More confident in how I manage my time at work and less critical of my coworkers. Especially during less busy times of the day, I am less worried about what others might think about me AND less concerned with how others handle themselves.

YES! This will be the third round of BWB, and I'm happy to announce it's a client favorite. There will be flavors and elements of my core content, like workplace values - but we are positioning this group a little differently. If you’ve been in a former group, course, or client this will be a new experience for you, too.

Is this a new program?

That’s okay! Calls are recorded if you need to watch later. This group also comes with a private group space in Circle, so you can touch base with members, stay accountable, and connected, and get coaching there if you need between calls.

What if I can’t make a call?

No. This is a group program with up to 8 people. This allows me to provide personalized feedback for each of you. You are free to message or DM me through Circle, or stay after on a call if you have personal questions.

Do we get any 1:1 calls with you?

You can update your information via the ThriveCart customer hub. Use this link OR use the link in any ThriveCart invoice you received via email.

What if I need to update my billing info?

The purpose of this program is for you to gain clarity on your stressors, and then take action steps to address those things. If you’ve been sitting on a stay-or-go decision, that may be highlighted throughout this process. However, this is not a job search program. If you’re interested in that, I’d check out 1:1 coaching instead.

Will I get a new job?

I have a wide variety of client types, so you will find people across industries, from IC to Executives, Business Owners, and more. The things that we all have in common are a shared appreciation for values-based work, making an impact, being good humans, humor, and most lean a little recovering people-pleaser/achiever route. If this resonates, you’ve found your place!

What kind of people join your groups?

To be honest, yes! But I'm not sure when the next cohort will be. This group launches in May 2025 and will likely run again in the Fall of 2025, but that isn't in stone quite yet.
